Yes you CAN! Food Preservation Workshop
Food Preservation Workshop: Ever wonder how to can your own produce? Want to capture the flavor of the summer's market? Join fellow parishioners and students from the University for a Canning Workshop Sunday September 12th from 2-4pm in the Canterbury Kitchen.
We will be learning how to can whole tomatoes, using those from one of our market vendors. Space is limited to 10-15 people so please email Lindsay Turner at lkturn@gmail.com if you would like to participate. The workshop will cost $3 to cover supplies and everyone leaves with their own jar of tomatoes!
